Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead in the wireless retail space to drive sales performance and coach store teams. You will engage customers, close opportunities, and deliver a stellar customer experience across multiple locations.

The role offers an hourly wage with unlimited commissions, paid training, and growth potential. You will train staff, lead floor activities, and participate in weekly pay cycles while supporting district objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and travel between stores if required.
