Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, training teams, conducting onboarding and role-plays, and managing shift duties with flexibility for travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven retail or B2C sales experience preferred.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
