Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative in the United States. You will deliver personalized customer service to help customers choose wireless products and services, earning base pay plus uncapped commissions.

The role includes building relationships, meeting sales goals, and representing the brand with integrity. You will work with a team to grow store performance, participate in community events, and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and inner drive to learn, grow, and excel in sales.
• Knack for technology and ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for upsell opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory and cash handling.
