Consumer Cellular, Inc. is seeking a Senior Wireless Sales Expert in Timonium, MD to greet guests, build relationships, and guide conversations toward ideal wireless solutions.

You will sell devices, plans, and services, striving to meet or exceed personal goals while explaining promotions clearly. The role includes opening/closing duties and a friendly, living-room style store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
