Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1+ years of customer service experience.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
At least 18 years of age.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
NHU training within 30 days of start date (may require overnight travel).
Pre-hire assessment will be administered.
