Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We hire Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive the in-store experience, share product knowledge, and help guests connect technology to life.

You will achieve sales goals, work with peers, and participate in training. Eligibility includes a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests while having fun.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
