Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a full-time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service in our store. You will use your product knowledge to connect guests with solutions and create an engaging, rewarding in-store experience.

You will exceed monthly sales goals, work with store leaders, and participate in training. Must have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year customer service, and be able to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with store staff to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Create personal connections to simplify tech for guests.
• Assist with merchandising and store operations.
