As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive store performance, meet sales goals, and help create a welcoming, tech-driven shopping experience while learning and growing with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals; work with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech and enhance the in-store experience.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
