Mobily-LL in Baytown, TX is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to represent the AT&T brand and deliver exceptional customer service. Training and tools are provided, with opportunities for advancement and a generous commission plan.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with reliable transportation, able to work 32 hours weekly including evenings and weekends; prior retail experience helps but is not required. Apply and join a growing team.

Qualifications

• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of home store location.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent our Company and the AT&T brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
