Mobily is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Houston, TX to join AT&T’s national retailer network. The role features a base salary plus commission with unlimited earning potential and a defined career path.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, assess needs, and present tailored solutions while upholding brand standards. Training is provided and occasional events may be required to promote products and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store; may work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to company policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions for each person, family, or business.
• Represent AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs with potential bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities.
