Mobily, AT&T’s nationally authorized retailer, is hiring a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant in Austin, TX. This role can be Full-Time or Part-Time with a base salary plus commissions, plus comprehensive training and a defined career path toward leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to the location.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value with tailored solutions and fit for each person, family, or business.
• Represent AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs (with potential bonus).
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities.
• Attend scheduled events with notice; participation is a condition of employment.
