Job summary

Victra is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to join its team. You will bring your passion for technology and customer service to create an exceptional in-store experience, achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals, and helping guests understand product benefits.

You will collaborate with peers and leaders, participate in product training, and contribute to merchandising and store operations, while enjoying paid training and strong earning potential through base pay plus uncapped

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
