Job summary

Victra is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join our retail team. You will influence the in-store guest experience by combining product knowledge, service, and a friendly attitude to meet customer needs and drive sales.

You’ll work with peers and leaders to deliver solutions, celebrate wins, and grow professionally in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Training and progression are available as part of our award-winning Victra program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
