Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Verizon Victra employment may require NHU training and standard onboarding.
