In this part-time role, you will drive sales, share product knowledge, and create an in-store experience that connects guests to what matters most. You will achieve monthly sales goals, work with store leaders, and provide resolutions to issues while promoting a fun, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
• Be a passionate guest advocate who enjoys connecting with customers and having fun doing it.
