Job summary

AT&T in Austin, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options on the sales floor and participate in community events. You will fill online orders, make outbound calls, and work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends with biweekly seniority-based planning.

This fast-paced role values flexibility and a customer-first mindset, with paid training and ongoing coaching to help you meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach on the sales floor.
Join the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling announced 2 weeks in advance.
This fast-paced environment rewards flexibility and adaptability to evolving tech and customer needs.
Support customers with a positive experience and learn the products to meet goals.
