Job summary

AT&T in Frederick, MD is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers using a consultative approach and showcase AT&T’s full suite of devices and services. You’ll drive sales, help customers choose the right options, and contribute to a friendly, knowledgeable store environment.

You will work a 40-hour week, including weekends, with uncapped commissions and a competitive starting salary. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and earn commission.
• Guide customers with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends.
