Job summary

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions. You’ll deliver an exceptional in-store experience and represent the AT&T brand.

You’ll earn base pay plus a commission plan with potential $40,000 to $50,000+ per year, plus a ramp-up bonus, training and career growth opportunities, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
