Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC in Maine is hiring a Wireless Sales Consultant to sell and service Verizon Wireless products at our retail location. You will use your customer service skills and product knowledge to qualify and close customer transactions.

This role offers a commission-based earning up to $70K per year, plus medical insurance, paid time off and opportunities for growth through ongoing training and team events.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service and/or sale experience.
• Knowledge Of Cellular And/or Computer Technology Preferred.
• Effective Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal Skills.
• Positive Attitude.
• High Energy Level and Self-motivated.
• Eagerness to Learn New Devices and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to determine their wireless needs.
• Staying up to date on the latest technology.
• Understanding customer needs and helping them discover why our products meet those needs.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
• Using competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to Network. Follow all leads and referrals.
• Making follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction while offering additional products and services.
• Ability to work a variety of hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
