Job summary

Wireless Zone, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic Wireless Sales Consultant to join our Maine stores. You will sell and service Verizon Wireless products, use your customer service skills, and apply proven sales methods to prospect, qualify, and close transactions.

This role offers a commission-friendly structure with earning potential up to $70K per year, plus medical insurance, paid time off, and ongoing training in a team-oriented, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service and/or sale experience.
• Knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology preferred.
• Positive attitude and high energy; eagerness to learn new devices and technology.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to determine their wireless needs.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
• Using competitive spirit to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and introduce additional products.
