Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
• Experience in a wireless or Verizon environment preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Aufgaben

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards
• Handle customer situations to satisfy needs and resolve issues
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks
• Complete required trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon Wireless
• Set an example of professional conduct for employees and customers
