Job summary

RedLion Mobility in Ruston, LA, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join our in-person team. The role focuses on selling telecom services and devices, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail or telecom sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner forOptimum Communications - a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Team & Organizational Success

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.

Pay: $13/hour + monthly commission
Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Total Compensation: $45,000 - $70,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance
