Mobilelink South Illinois LLC is hiring a Sales Advocate in Springfield, IL. You will provide outstanding customer service, recommend tailored mobile solutions, and represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism.

This role supports store operations, aims to hit sales KPIs, and may involve community events to boost brand awareness. The position offers training, commission-based earning potential, and benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by recommending products and services to fit each customer, family, or business.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonuses.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events or community activities to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
