Job summary

Cricket Wireless in Tucson seeks a Sales Advocate to deliver exceptional customer service and tailor solutions for customers in-store. You will represent the Cricket brand with professionalism and drive sales toward individual and team goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by presenting solutions for individuals, families or small businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, and participate in bonus opportunities.
