Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Sales Advocate to serve customers at Cricket Wireless stores in Illinois. You will provide solutions and build value for individuals, families, and businesses while representing the Cricket brand with professionalism.

The role offers unlimited earning potential, opportunities for growth, and PTO after 90 days. Must be 18+, able to work 32 hours weekly including evenings and weekends, and have reliable transportation in the local area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and living within 30 minutes of the store.
• Able to work 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; may earn bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside events or promotional activities.
