Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Sales Advocate in Montgomery, AL for a part-time role with base salary plus commissions. You will deliver exceptional customer service, identify tailored Cricket Wireless solutions, and drive sales in-store while representing the Cricket brand with professionalism.

The role offers training, growth opportunities, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful, but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Lives within 30 minutes of the store and may work at multiple locations within a district.
• Proficient with a personal computer.
• Adhere to Team Color policy and present a neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to fit individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for bonuses.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events and community activities to support growth.
• Attend scheduled events with notice and actively engage customers and promote products.
