Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to guide customers in choosing devices and plans. You’ll participate in a fully paid 3-week training program and earn base pay plus uncapped commissions based on performance.

This is real sales: conversations, problem-solving, and closing. You’ll engage customers, meet monthly targets, and represent the brand at events, with flexible evenings, weekends, and location shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
