Blue Link Wireless, LLC is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans at AT&T Authorized Retail locations in Florida. You will guide walk-in customers, explain options, and close sales while delivering excellent service.

Base pay is the floor and uncapped commissions drive earnings. Training is fully paid for 3 weeks, and prior wireless experience is not required. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and some nearby locations is needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset
• Previous retail or sales experience
• Hospitality background
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

Responsabilités

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
