Job summary

Rymco LLC in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate for Cricket Wireless (Authorized Retailer). You will greet customers, present wireless plans, upsell devices, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs.

This full-time role offers base pay up to $20/hour plus performance commissions, with top advocates earning up to $28/hour. Hours: Mon–Sat 10:00 AM–8:00 PM; Sun 12:00 PM–5:00 PM. Perks include PTO, employee discounts, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• Sales or marketing background (Preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions
• Handle customer issues with care and elevate when necessary
