This full-time role offers a base pay of up to $20/hour plus performance commissions, where top advocates can earn $28/hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Sales or marketing background preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
