Full-Time Verizon Retail Sales - Immediate Hire + Paid Training

Position Overview: We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing Verizon Wireless retail sales program located inside some of America’s largest retail stores. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, engaging with customers, and earning uncapped commission in a fast-paced retail environment.

Unlike traditional wireless retail positions, this role focuses exclusively on Verizon products and services. Representatives will use a direct fulfillment model, allowing customers to order devices directly rather than purchasing from in-store inventory.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services

Schedule & Availability

• Expected hours: 30–40 hours per week

Job Description

• Sell products and services in a retail store or kiosk environment
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times
• Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately

Performance Measurements

• Regular and prompt attendance
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints

Preferred

• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment
