Job Overview

Job Type: Full‑Time. Location: Walmart 301 – Gadsden, AL 35903.

Position: Retail Sales Associate – Immediate Hire with paid training. You will work in the wireless services section at Walmart and engage with consumers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers, learn their desires, and uncover objections; provide solutions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Welcome customers, politely offer assistance, and guide them to appropriate displays.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and celebrate success.
• Accurately document sales, track activity, and submit complete paperwork to Retail Operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation/kiosk at all times.

Performance Measurements

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals.
• Maintain customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
