Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Wireless SoC RF Integration and Validation Engineer to join its wireless silicon team in Irvine, CA.

You will drive end-to-end RF integration, including DUT control, pre-silicon emulation, calibration, and validation, contributing to product readiness for mass production. You will work across RF/Analog and digital domains, develop calibration algorithms, design RF test benches, analyze large data sets, and script in Python to streamline testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Solid experience with RF parametric testing (IP3, NF, ACPR, phase noise).
• Familiarity with RF test equipment (network/spectrum/VS analyzer, gen).
• Strong RF background and understanding of transceiver architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and verify RF end-to-end DUT control sequences with emulation systems.
• Bring up wireless-SOC RF functionality and calibrations.
• Design and optimize RF blocks and calibration algorithms.
• Characterize RF performance (PSat, NF, ACPR, phase noise, return loss).
• Create RF test benches and scripts to control test equipment and plot/analyze data.
• Generate RF performance summaries aligned with chip specs.
• Develop RF calibrations/tests for wafer/module ATE mass production.
