Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced Wireless SoC RF Integration and Validation Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA.

The role focuses on end-to-end RF integration, DUT control development, pre-silicon emulation, and RF calibration to bring up wireless-SOC functionality toward mass production. You will work across RF/Analog, Systems/PHY/MAC, and FW/SW domains to deliver robust RF performance, with emphasis on IP3, NF, ACPR, phase noise, and lock time.

Competenze

• BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute RF end-to-end DUT control sequences and verify with emulation.
• Bring up wireless-SOC RF functionality and calibration.
• Design and implement RF block calibrations and algorithms.
• Optimize RF performance: Psat, IP3, NF, ACPR, phase noise, return loss.
• Develop RF test benches and scripts to control test equipment.
• Plot, parse, and analyze large data sets.
• Generate RF performance summaries and chip-spec comparison.
• Develop RF calibrations and tests for Wafer/Module ATE mass production.
