Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a full-time, in-store role in our national wireless retail network. You’ll help customers navigate online and in-store shopping, demonstrate devices, and guide purchasing decisions with a focus on service and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours).

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond devices and plans.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
