Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Associate Manager to join our store team. This learning role emphasizes building skills with the team while assisting the Store Manager in daily operations and coaching.

You will demonstrate devices, educate customers, and help drive sales through hands-on product demonstrations and personalized solutions. You will grow in leadership, customer service, and operational capabilities as you engage customers in-store, online, or via care channels, while contributing

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching of a retail team.
• Willingness to lead in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• Demonstrate and explain latest technology, accessories, and IoT devices in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions for customers' needs.
• Guide customers through purchasing journeys and answer questions with expertise.
• Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Become proficient with digital tools for onboarding and interactions.
• Build relationships with colleagues across channels and resolve customers' issues.
