My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager based in Ledbetter Hills, TX, responsible for coaching and developing team members to achieve location goals. This full-time position offers a salary range of $30,900 - $55,900 annually, plus commission.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field, preferably in the Wireless Industry.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals by coaching and developing team members.
• Maintain staffing through retention and training.
• Build client base through ethical business practices.
• Establish accounts by partnering with AT&T.
• Ensure clean and safe store environment.
• Enforce operational policies and procedures.
