RedLion Mobility is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Broadway, Tyler, TX store in-person. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail management experience in wireless or consumer electronics, with a track record of performance metrics and leadership excellence. Competitive base pay with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience in wireless, broadband, or consumer electronics.
• Proven success driving sales and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; telecom/wireless industry knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, product launches, financial oversight, cash handling, audits, and policy compliance.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends and gaps, and act on growth opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and NPS, resolving escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Must have 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in wireless, broadband, or consumer electronics.
• Must have proven success driving sales, leading high-performing teams, and using performance metrics.
• Must have strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; telecom/wireless industry knowledge preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 35-mile radius.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
