RedLion Mobile in Lubbock, TX is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead store operations in a fast-paced wireless environment. You will drive sales, coach a dynamic team, and deliver excellent customer experiences while ensuring merchandising, inventory, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in wireless, broadband, or consumer electronics.
• Proven success driving sales, leading high‑performing teams, and using performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; telecom/wireless industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, product launches, financial oversight, cash handling, audits, and policy compliance.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends and gaps, and act on growth opportunities.
• Partner with marketing on local events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Build a collaborative, accountable, performance‑driven culture focused on recognition and results.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and NPS standards, resolving escalated concerns quickly and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time
Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Pay: $45,000 per year

You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect with the essential services above.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; telecom/wireless industry knowledge preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 35-mile radius.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
