• 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to travel among district locations as needed.
• Proven leadership and customer service skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of sales associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs and sales goals each month.
• Coach team members daily to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Develop team members' skills and career progression.
• Ensure location adheres to Verizon and Your Wireless guidelines.
• Oversee promotions, inventory procedures, and other tasks from leadership.
