Elite Wireless Group in Orlando is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive store performance. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, hands-on selling leadership, and community engagement, with a focus on achieving ambitious sales targets and a positive, energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of retail management experience.
• Proven success leading teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Comfortable using computers and retail technology.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work at multiple store locations within the district is a plus.

What You'll Do

As the Retail Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store, including sales performance, customer experience, team development, and daily operations.

Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience

• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Recruit, interview, and develop top talent.

Manage Daily Store Operations

• Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory and protect company assets.
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies and wireless carrier standards.
• Manage scheduling to meet customer demand while maximizing productivity.
• Complete required reporting, training, and administrative tasks on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives and improve store performance.

Be Active in the Community

• Support local marketing initiatives and community events.
• Build relationships with nearby businesses and organizations.
• Represent Elite Wireless and Cricket Wireless with professionalism in the community.
