Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and sales achievement.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Proficient with computers and retail tech.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work at multiple store locations within the district is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach associates to maximize every customer interaction and deliver complete wireless solutions.
• Monitor store performance and develop action plans to improve results.
• Lead by example by actively selling products, services, and accessories with your team.

What You'll Do

As the Retail Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store, including sales performance, customer experience, team development, and daily operations.

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Manage scheduling to meet customer demand while maximizing productivity.
• Complete required reporting, training, and administrative tasks on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives and improve store performance.
