Job summary

Elite Wireless Corporation is seeking energetic Lead Sales Associates to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast paced retail environment. You will learn customer needs, recommend the right wireless solutions, and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits.

This role offers competitive hourly pay with uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and benefits. You’ll receive paid training and opportunities for advancement while thriving in a fun, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English and Creole, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Learn customer needs and recommend phones, accessories, and service plans.
