Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales experience with an interactive sales approach.
• Two years of experience selecting, managing and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Run all aspects of the retail store operations and sales on a daily basis.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet net sales and revenue goals.
• Coach and develop retail staff and participate in staffing and performance reviews.
• Promote positive customer experience and handle escalations.
• Maintain product knowledge and technical competence for all offerings.
