Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• Two years of experience in selecting, managing and developing employees (proven leadership skills)
• Pre-Employment background check required

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations
• Lead staffing processes including hiring and performance management
• Coach and develop retail staff for growth
• Drive attainment of net sales and revenue goals with effective strategies
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalations
• Ensure solid product knowledge and technical competence across offerings
• Engage in community activities and business development opportunities
• Own store issues and create improvement plans
