Mobily LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and coach a sales team, while delivering exceptional customer service and driving loyalty. The role focuses on teaching on the sales floor, coaching staff, and expanding knowledge of phones, accessories, and plans to support brand growth.

Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager, managing operations, merchandising, inventory, and cash handling while ensuring customer satisfaction and store safety.

Formación

• One (1) year proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• One (1) year of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass background checks

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store in their absence
• Assist with day-to-day store operations, including targeted sales and merchandising/promotion activities
• Provide outstanding customer service and retention via audits, training, inventory management, cash handling and deposits
• Support customer satisfaction, store safety and security
• Help lead and coach a sales team to expand knowledge on phones, accessories and plans
