GP Mobile is seeking Retail Sales Representatives in Decatur, Texas to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers with their needs while showcasing the latest technology products and services.

The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for customers, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to learn. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations.
• Collaborating with T-Mobile employees to own the customer experience.
