GP Mobile is seeking Retail Sales Representatives to serve as brand ambassadors for T-Mobile in Franklin, Kentucky. Candidates will bring energy to drive sales, educate customers, and demonstrate impactful technology solutions in-store and online.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey seamlessly.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology.
• Work side-by-side with customers to find personalized solutions.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate service plans at customers' locations.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile employees to resolve issues.
