Job summary

KC Wireless - Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer in Souderton, PA is hiring a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate to educate customers on Verizon products and services and guide them through the selection and sales process.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, hit sales goals in a commission-based model, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that earns repeat business. This full-time role includes benefits and opportunities to grow with Wireless Zone.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably with Verizon.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.

• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed location standards.
• Handle all customer situations to satisfy needs.

The Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Wireless Zone will be responsible for:

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating our customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Complete all required trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon Wireless
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Wireless Zone is looking for candidates with:

• Have at minimum, a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with VerizonWireless or other Wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
• Have the drive to work in a commission sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have the ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
