Job summary

Wireless Zone is seeking outgoing Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates to join our retail team in Bloomsburg and Danville, PA. You will educate customers on Verizon products and assist them through the sales process to deliver an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year retail sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to meet goals in a commission-driven environment. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Experience in selling wireless products preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18+ with US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Create ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet/exceed production standards.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager as needed.
• Complete required trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon Wireless.

As a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for WirelessZone, you will be working directly with our customers, educating them on the Verizon Products andServices we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate willhave experience in retail environments, understand how to do outbound activities to drive customersinto our locations, are driven by goals and accomplishments, and are focused on delivering anexceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

The Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Wireless Zone will be responsible for:

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating our customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Complete all required trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon Wireless
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Wireless Zone is looking for candidates with:

• Have at minimum, a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with VerizonWireless or other Wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
• Have the drive to work in a commission sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have the ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
